Design high-impact digital products for web and mobile platforms while leading UX/UI initiatives. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to conduct user research, validate solutions, and evolve products through continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design high‑impact digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Lead UX/UI initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Participate in discovery, research and solution validation processes
- Create user‑centered experiences that meet business goals
- Develop customer journeys, prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts
- Produce visual proposals incorporating branding, illustration and animation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and evolve digital products
- Conduct user validations and incorporate findings for continuous improvement
- Actively engage in agile ceremonies and innovation processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Product Designer
- At least 5 years designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
- Experience in Service Design
- Experience designing UI interfaces
- Branding, illustration and animation experience
- User research and validation experience
- Desirable: banking or financial services background
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, XD, Premiere, LottieFiles, Maze, Milanote, Zeplin, Mural, Overflow, Marvel, InVision
- Knowledge of Confluence, Keynote, Miro, Trello, Notion
- Design Thinking, Customer Journey Mapping, Behavior Design, User Testing, advanced prototyping
- Agile Scrum and Kanban methodology knowledge
- Experience using Hotjar for digital experience analysis
- Strong collaborative, leadership, creative, communication, autonomy, user‑centric, problem‑solving, strategic thinking skills
