Design end-to-end digital products from discovery to implementation while leading research and user-centered solution definitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and developers to validate concepts and drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Design digital products from discovery through implementation
- Lead user research, need discovery and opportunity definition
- Conduct user interviews, synthesize findings and validate business hypotheses
- Translate user and business insights into value‑driven solutions
- Create and validate concepts, flows and prototypes through experimentation
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, engineers and stakeholders
- Define, interpret and use product metrics to support decision‑making
- Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions across teams
- Drive strategic initiatives with autonomy and a focus on business results
- Contribute to continuous product evolution through iterative improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years experience designing digital products end‑to‑end
- Experience leading product discovery processes
- Strong user research skills, including interviews and hypothesis validation
- Ability to synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Proven collaboration with Product Managers, Product Owners and development teams
- Experience defining and monitoring product metrics
- Facilitation, communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience designing web and mobile applications
- Proficiency with Figma and design thinking methodologies
