Design and optimize end-to-end e-commerce user journeys, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, to reduce friction and improve conversion, engagement, and adoption. Contribute to an international design system, collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams, and use behavioral data and experimentation to measure and improve product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI to reduce friction and improve conversion, engagement and adoption metrics
- Champion a challenger mindset, questioning assumptions and proposing innovative UX improvements
- Contribute to the evolution, maintenance and scaling of the company’s international design system and reusable UI patterns
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary Product, Business and Engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and strategic alignment
- Base design decisions on behavioural data, participate in CRO initiatives and A/B tests, document learnings and measure product impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional UX, Product Design or UX/UI Design experience in high‑volume eCommerce, marketplace or digital‑first retail
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, prototyping and interactive interface creation
- Strong experience with design systems and reusable UI patterns
- Deep knowledge of responsive and mobile‑first design principles
- Proven track record designing scalable digital products for multiple markets/countries
- Experience with web/app analytics, CRO, A/B testing and conversion optimisation
- Fluent in Spanish and excellent written and spoken English
