Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of end-to-end product design experience, with strong capabilities across user research, problem framing, journey mapping, interaction design, visual design, and usability evaluation. Candidates should have expert-level Figma skills, knowledge of accessibility and platform conventions, and experience designing AI interfaces that handle non-deterministic outputs and user control.
