Senior Design Manager - AI Monitoring & Management

Lead and coach a team of four designers across Agent Observability, GPU Monitoring, and Agent Console, setting a high bar for coherent, high-quality product experiences. Shape product strategy and roadmaps with Product and Engineering leaders, deepen the team’s domain expertise, and prototype or ship in code where it has the greatest impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of four designers across Agent Observability, GPU Monitoring, and Agent Console, setting a high bar for coherent, high-quality product experiences. Shape product strategy and roadmaps with Product and Engineering leaders, deepen the team’s domain expertise, and prototype or ship in code where it has the greatest impact.

Requirements

• Requires 10+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years in design management or leadership, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership and deep expertise in a complex domain. Candidates should be able to design complex data-heavy products, prototype and ship in code, influence senior partners, and mentor designers; developer tools, AI/ML, or observability experience is a plus.
