Senior Product Designer H/F

Design effective, easy-to-use experiences that simplify complex tasks for borrowers, brokers, and partner networks, while improving the consistency and speed of the company’s design systems. Explore AI-enabled design processes and product experiences, represent user needs in product decisions, and share expertise to support the growth of the design team.

Responsibilities

• Design user experiences that save time and bring serenity to borrowers and brokers
• Expand and maintain Pretto’s design systems to ensure consistency and speed
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven design processes, such as IA‑compatible design systems and conversational interfaces
• Advocate for user needs throughout product decisions
• Mentor and share knowledge with teammates across product, engineering and data
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams in six‑week Shape Up cycles from discovery to production

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably on SaaS products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex functional products turned into intuitive interfaces
• Deep knowledge of design systems, components, tokens, documentation and governance
• Curiosity for AI tools and willingness to experiment with AI‑driven design processes
• Excellent attention to detail combined with a big‑picture vision
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams (PMs, engineers, users) and articulate design decisions
• Experience breaking down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable design tasks
• Optional: formal education from HETIC, Gobelins or similar; fintech or regulated‑industry experience
