You will analyze user needs to develop UX strategies, information architectures, and interactive prototypes. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies like AI and XR into holistic digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user needs and behaviors through research, personas and user journeys and derive UX strategies
- Create structured information architectures, use cases, user flows and interaction concepts
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes and concept documentation from lowâfidelity sketches to Câlevel presentations
- Collaborate closely with design, development, strategy and client teams to deliver holistic solutions
- Integrate innovative technologies such as spatial computing, AI and XR where appropriate
- Contribute fresh strategic ideas and maintain a strong UX vision across projects and the organization
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, Creative Strategist or similar role
- Strong conceptual ownership of projects and ability to lead design initiatives with clients
- Ability to produce sketches, wireframes and prototypes for all interaction areas
- Fluent communication in German (minimum C1) and English with clients and internal teams
- Understanding of how UX decisions impact design and development
- Awareness of business goals and market trends to translate them into product strategies
- Technical understanding of web and software technologies (APIs, responsive design, frameworks)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS or Unity concepts
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, Notion and prototyping solutions
- Niceâtoâhave: experience with Scrum, JIRA and product ownership, spatial UX (Mixed Reality, WebGL), design sprints, storytelling and copywriting
