Manage engineering design consultants, vendors, deliverables, and design reviews throughout project delivery, ensuring project requirements and schedules are met. Support procurement, customer design implementation, technical decision-making, and cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with the Design Director and project teams.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, project management, or a relevant built-environment field, plus 5–10 years of progressive construction or engineering development experience and at least five years leading multidisciplinary projects. Candidates should have experience in project delivery, controls, risk management, BIM and 3D design tools, strong communication skills, and authorization to work in Australia; data center experience is advantageous.
