- Write research protocols and recruit appropriate tester panels
- Facilitate user testing sessions and interviews
- Analyze results and present insights to product and design teams
- Support designers by challenging and refining their methods and deliverables
- Maintain active knowledge of user research methods and tools
- Promote behavioral design practices across product teams
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a UX Researcher, preferably in large corporate environments
- Advanced degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
- Proven experience working in agile/product teams
- Strong proficiency with Figma/Figjam, Lookback, and Optimal Workshop
- Excellent communication, listening, and analytical skills
- Experience in banking or fintech is a plus
