Conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and prototypes, improve UX processes, and collaborate with designers, engineers, clinical professionals, and other stakeholders.

- Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle, translating user and business needs into healthcare product improvements and effective design solutions. Conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and prototypes, improve UX processes, and collaborate with designers, engineers, clinical professionals, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requires 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or UX research, along with knowledge of UX best practices, UI standards, and usability testing. Candidates should be able to prioritize user and stakeholder needs, adapt to ambiguity, communicate and collaborate effectively, and manage multiple projects; experience with design systems or formal design processes is a plus.
