Requirements
- Candidates need at least four years of product design experience, meaningful design systems experience, a portfolio demonstrating systematic design work, and strong Figma skills. They should also understand design fundamentals, design tokens, WCAG accessibility, and documentation, and be able to work independently; a bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required.
