Lead end-to-end design for e-commerce journeys and features, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency with the design system. Plan and analyze experiments, conduct or coordinate user research, support accurate implementation, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of e‑commerce features and journeys (search, navigation, PDP, cart, checkout, promotions) ensuring usability, accessibility and design‑system consistency
- Define and execute A/B testing strategies to optimise conversion and other KPIs, collaborating with PM, Data and Engineering on hypotheses, variant design and result analysis
- Conduct or coordinate user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Create clear design artefacts (flows, specs, interactive prototypes) and ensure faithful implementation through design QA and acceptance criteria
- Communicate trade‑offs, risks and recommendations to business and technology stakeholders in a clear, executive‑level manner
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and promote UX best practices; provide informal mentorship to junior designers
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a UX/Product Designer in e‑commerce or B2C marketplaces
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on CRO, conversion, retention metrics
- Expertise in the full design cycle: research, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and handoff (Figma or similar)
- Strong experience designing and validating through A/B testing, hypothesis definition, variant design and result analysis
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data (analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, feedback) into clear design decisions
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish/Catalan a plus
- Experience in agile environments working closely with Product, Engineering, Data and business stakeholders
