Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for signs, vehicle wraps, and marketing materials while ensuring technical quality standards. They will collaborate with senior designers and production staff to translate client needs into effective visual solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop layout concepts for signage, vehicle wraps, storefront displays and other marketing materials
- Prepare print‑ready files and adjust designs based on client or team feedback
- Ensure graphics meet technical and quality standards for large‑format production
- Collaborate with senior designers, production staff and sales team to translate client needs into effective visual solutions
- Support smooth workflow from design to installation and maintain organized project files
- Stay current with design trends and best practices relevant to signage and large‑format graphics
Requirements
- Strong foundational skills in graphics and graphic design with an understanding of visual composition and layout
- Ability to create and refine logo design and branding elements aligned with client identity
- Proficiency in typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for print and large‑format applications
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent design software
- Attention to detail when preparing print‑ready files and working with large‑format specifications
- Ability to take direction, respond constructively to feedback, and work collaboratively in a production‑focused environment
- Strong time‑management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work; formal education or training in graphic design is an asset
