- Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, at least 12 years of related experience, and demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities. Candidates should have experience designing, synthesizing, or verifying Verilog- or VHDL-based silicon or FPGA designs, along with strong analytical, debugging, communication, and adaptability skills.
