Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of product design experience, including work on growth, monetization, or subscription products, and a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and measurable growth impact. They should be skilled in experimentation, prototyping, usability testing, data-informed decision-making, and AI-assisted design, with a demonstrated interest in reading and book discovery.
