Senior Product Designer, Growth

Lead design across the Everand and Fable growth journey, including onboarding, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle experiences, and identify opportunities for experiments that improve subscriber growth. Deliver polished, production-ready work, evaluate results using data and research, and guide future iterations while collaborating with product, research, engineering, data, marketing, and design partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across the Everand and Fable growth journey, including onboarding, pricing, referrals, and lifecycle experiences, and identify opportunities for experiments that improve subscriber growth. Deliver polished, production-ready work, evaluate results using data and research, and guide future iterations while collaborating with product, research, engineering, data, marketing, and design partners.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of product design experience, including meaningful experience with growth, monetization, or subscription products, and a record of experiments that improved business outcomes. They should demonstrate strong visual and interaction design, journey-based thinking, daily use of AI tools, evidence-based decision-making, and an interest in reading and book discovery.
