Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for financial product experiences, from strategic discovery and prototyping through launch and iteration, partnering with Product and Engineering to deliver customer and business outcomes. Improve the quality and consistency of the Billing ecosystem, strengthen design systems, and design trustworthy, explainable AI automation.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least six years of digital product design experience, strong interaction, information architecture, usability, and visual design skills, and a record of shipping high-quality work that addresses customer needs and product metrics. They should be experienced with AI-powered workflows, design and prototyping tools, customer-centered decision-making, and cross-functional communication; B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
