Lead end-to-end design for financial product experiences, from strategic discovery and opportunity framing through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve customer outcomes, raise design quality and consistency across the Billing ecosystem, and create trustworthy AI-powered workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for financial product experiences, from strategic discovery and opportunity framing through prototyping, launch, and iteration. Partner with Product and Engineering to improve customer outcomes, raise design quality and consistency across the Billing ecosystem, and create trustworthy AI-powered workflows.
Requirements
- Requires at least 6 years of digital product design experience, strong craft in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design, and a record of shipping high-quality work that addresses customer needs and product metrics. Candidates should have experience designing AI-powered workflows, proficiency with design and prototyping tools, and strong communication and collaboration skills; B2B SaaS and fintech experience are preferred or advantageous.
