Develop the design system and an efficient Figma-to-production process using AI agents, while collaborating with developers, product owners, and commercial teams.

- Own and improve the user experience across Adtractionâs web platform and mobile apps by analyzing user behavior, mapping user flows, and creating production-ready designs in Figma. Develop the design system and an efficient Figma-to-production process using AI agents, while collaborating with developers, product owners, and commercial teams.
Requirements
- Candidates should have several years of experience in UX, product, or interaction design, or as a design-focused engineer, along with expert Figma skills and experience designing for both web and mobile. They should be comfortable using behavioral data and AI tools to move designs into code, communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, and be fluent in Swedish and English.
