Product Designer - Growth

Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding, activation, paywall, upgrade, and trial-to-paid experiences, using funnel data and experimentation to increase activation and conversion. Establish growth design workflows and reusable patterns, and partner with product, engineering, data, and design teams to plan experiments, interpret results, and guide subsequent iterations.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the end-to-end onboarding, activation, paywall, upgrade, and trial-to-paid experiences, using funnel data and experimentation to increase activation and conversion. Establish growth design workflows and reusable patterns, and partner with product, engineering, data, and design teams to plan experiments, interpret results, and guide subsequent iterations.
Requirements
- Requires 2â5 years of product design experience, a strong portfolio, and experience or demonstrated interest in onboarding, activation, conversion, or growth-related UX. Candidates should be self-directed, comfortable iterating through experiments, able to use funnel data to inform design, and effective collaborators with product managers and engineers.
