UI/UX Designer
Octopus Energy Group 🇮🇹 Ancarano, Teramo, Italy
You will improve the usability and interface of the platform by translating product requirements into intuitive flows and wireframes. Additionally, you will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maintain the design system and ensure a cohesive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Improve the interface and usability of various areas of the Octopus Energy platform
- Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity interfaces using Figma
- Create and maintain the Design System library, interaction patterns and documentation
- Work daily with developers and stakeholders to align on product roadmap and gather early feedback
- Participate in design reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and iterate quickly
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience designing digital products
- Strong ability to work within a structured Design System and adapt visual identity
- Proficiency with Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping and visual reviews
- Solid experience with design processes, including research, wireframing and prototyping
- Collaborative mindset and empathy for developers, product managers and non‑technical stakeholders
- Fluent English for daily international collaboration
- Familiarity with ASANA, Miro and Notion is a plus
