- Lead end-to-end design for complex Ford Pro digital products, especially the Ford Pro App, shaping its navigation, architecture, and experiences for fleet managers, administrators, and drivers. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to define problems, validate solutions, deliver polished designs, and improve experiences using customer feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree or equivalent relevant education and experience, at least six years of product design experience, and three or more years using Figma, prototyping, and design systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong interaction and visual design, systems thinking, and experience designing complex digital products; native mobile experience and familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows are valuable.
