Responsibilities
- Design accessible, scalable end-to-end product experiences for complex enterprise workflows, partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. Lead design system development, research and testing, AI experience design, and design quality improvements while mentoring teammates.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product or UX design experience, a strong portfolio in complex product and workflow design, and experience contributing to enterprise design systems and leading projects from discovery through delivery. Candidates should have advanced Figma skills, strong interaction, information architecture, and visual design foundations, and experience designing usable, ethical AI features; accessibility knowledge is required, while front-end familiarity is a plus.
