Design end-to-end caregiver and coordinator experiences across web, mobile, SMS, push, and voice, including workforce journeys and engagement features. Conduct ongoing user research, improve product quality and the design system, and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to iterate on shipped experiences.
Requirements
- Candidates need at least five years of digital product design experience, including work on a mobile consumer app and a B2B or operational product, plus experience researching, shipping, measuring, and iterating on products. They should have hands-on user research and design-system experience, strong communication and data-informed decision-making skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
