Graphic Designer

Create and assess board-game reasoning tasks, scenarios, decision trees, and rule-based datasets for AI training and evaluation. Review AI responses for correctness and reasoning quality, develop prompts and evaluation standards, identify errors, and collaborate with teams to improve datasets and assessment methods.

Responsibilities

• Create and review game‑based reasoning tasks that evaluate AI systems
• Analyze board‑game scenarios, develop decision trees and rule‑based systems for dataset generation
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for correctness, logical consistency and reasoning quality
• Develop prompts, rubrics and evaluation guidelines for board‑game tasks
• Identify logical errors and rule violations in AI outputs
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve dataset quality and evaluation methodologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, mathematics, cognitive science, game design, philosophy, economics or related field
• Minimum two years of professional or semi‑professional experience in board‑game design, play‑testing or tabletop communities
• Strong understanding of logic, probabilistic reasoning, game mechanics and complex rule systems
• Knowledge of game theory, behavioral economics, decision science or formal logic is a plus
• Excellent written communication for documenting evaluations and guidelines
