Requirements
- Requires at least 10 years of relevant experience and a bachelorâs degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus experience leading others; preferred qualifications include five or more years directly managing designers. Candidates should demonstrate strong product and interaction design, design-system and accessibility knowledge, people leadership, prototyping, evidence-based decision-making, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
