Requirements
- Candidates should have proven experience managing and developing creative teams in a fast-paced design environment, alongside strong organisational and project-management skills. They should demonstrate visual design judgment, community outreach and partnership experience, and the ability to manage small budgets, HR administration, and copyright and licensing processes.
