Requirements
- Candidates need experience designing digital products from discovery through delivery, working across customer journeys, facilitating workshops, contributing to design systems, and using research, testing, and evidence to guide decisions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and agile collaboration skills are required; native mobile design, AI-enabled tools, behavioural data, experimentation, and informal mentoring are desirable.
