Deliver user-centred UX design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases, including research, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design improvements. Collaborate with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum delivery, while supporting accessibility testing and ongoing service improvement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Requires at least three years of experience contributing to complex projects using UX best practices, user-centred design, responsive and mobile-first design, and Agile/Scrum methods. Candidates should have user research and usability testing experience, proficiency with UX design tools, and strong communication and collaboration skills; a graphic design degree or diploma is specified, while usability, HCI, and technical writing credentials are a plus.
