Senior Product Designer, First Mile AI

Own end-to-end design for new leads and intake experiences, from discovery and concept development through launch and iteration, simplifying complex law firm workflows with intuitive AI-powered products. Research user needs, create polished interfaces, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver trustworthy experiences and evolve the design system.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for new leads and intake experiences, from discovery and concept development through launch and iteration, simplifying complex law firm workflows with intuitive AI-powered products. Research user needs, create polished interfaces, and collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and machine learning teams to deliver trustworthy experiences and evolve the design system.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of software product design experience, a track record shipping B2B SaaS products, and experience taking complex products from concept to launch in ambiguous or 0-to-1 settings. Candidates must have experience designing AI-powered products and strong research, usability testing, Figma, interaction and visual design, systems thinking, execution, and collaboration skills.
