The UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and functional digital interfaces by analyzing user needs and business requirements. They will manage the entire design process from wireframing and prototyping to collaborating with development teams for implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze functional requirements and user needs
- Participate in sessions with users, business, and technical teams
- Identify user experience problems and propose design solutions
- Create navigation maps, user flows, and wireframes of low, medium, and high fidelity
- Design interactive, high‑fidelity prototypes and visual interfaces
- Develop and reuse components while maintaining consistency with the Design System
- Conduct usability testing and validate designs against prototypes
- Ensure developed products adhere to approved designs and identify deviations
Requirements
- 2‑4 years of UX/UI design experience for web applications, enterprise systems, institutional platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, or digital products
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including UX, Product Owners, business analysts, developers, architects, and QA
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and component frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material Design, or PrimeNG
- Understanding of digital accessibility principles
