Lead the Southeast Division graphics team by assigning work, managing schedules and resources, coaching team members, and supporting recruitment, performance, and professional development. Direct and produce creative assets for proposals, presentations, public relations, and internal communications, while coordinating with pursuit teams and vendors to maintain quality and consistent design standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Southeast Division graphics team by assigning work, managing schedules and resources, coaching team members, and supporting recruitment, performance, and professional development. Direct and produce creative assets for proposals, presentations, public relations, and internal communications, while coordinating with pursuit teams and vendors to maintain quality and consistent design standards.
Requirements
- Requires an associate degree in art, graphic design, or a related field and seven years of relevant experience, or nine years of relevant experience in lieu of education. A bachelor's degree, A/E experience, long-form document creation, presentation design, creative team leadership, workload planning, and template and style-guide development are preferred.
