Translate product requirements into user flows, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces for contractor, fleet, and compliance workflows, including complex data-dense tools. Maintain design standards, collaborate with Product and Engineering through implementation and QA, conduct lightweight usability checks, and provide design support for marketing and sales when needed.

Requirements
- Requires 5â8 years of UX/UI or product design experience, a portfolio of shipped software, fluency with AI design and prototyping tools, and strong interaction and visual design skills. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, experienced with complex web and mobile workflows, and able to work from written specifications, manage concurrent projects, and communicate design decisions clearly.
