Requirements
- Requires at least four years of UI/UX design experience in a product company, experience with complex digital products or B2B systems, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and AI-powered design tools. Candidates should demonstrate user-centered design, attention to detail, and independent ownership; experience with operational, real-time, command-and-control, defense, or other mission-critical products is an advantage.
