Design and improve digital experiences across web platforms, mobile applications, and internal systems by translating business needs into clear, scalable, user-centered solutions. Conduct user research and usability validation, evolve design systems, document reusable patterns, and collaborate with product, technology, and business teams through implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve digital experiences for web, mobile and internal applications
- Translate business needs into clear, scalable, user‑centered solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes and visual UI
- Participate in continuous improvement of existing products
- Conduct user research, usability testing and validation
- Maintain and extend existing design systems, creating reusable components
- Document patterns, components and design best practices
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 3‑6 years of product or UX/UI design experience
- Experience designing mobile apps, web platforms and internal systems
- Proven ability to work on existing products and drive continuous improvement
- Experience with agile teams and user testing
- Strong knowledge of user flows, information architecture and interaction design
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, FigJam and Maze
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
