Lead the product design pillar within a squad, shaping product strategy and roadmaps in partnership with product owners and other stakeholders. Guide products from conception through scaled evolution, using research, metrics, and collaboration to deliver simple, valuable, and impactful digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product‑design pillar in a squad, ensuring valuable, simple and scalable solutions
- Deeply partner with the Product Owner to turn business vision into inspiring digital experiences
- Strategically influence roadmap using metrics, research and long‑term vision
- Champion people‑centered design culture and drive best practices
- Conduct user research, create journeys, flows, wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes
- Maintain visual and functional excellence while evolving the design system
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high‑quality delivery
- Continuously improve based on data, usability testing and analytics
Requirements
- Extensive experience in complex product design projects
- Strong strategic thinking and execution excellence
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Analytics, Firebase, Hotjar, and AI design tools
- Ability to lead discovery, translate complex problems into elegant experiences, and mentor teams
