BairesDev is your expert partner, working alongside you to build high-quality software — AI for the speed, top 1% engineers for the precision. We mean "top 1%" literally: we receive more than 2 million applications a year and hire fewer than 1% of them. That is the standard every engineer on your team has met — 4,000+ senior engineers across the Americas and the Caribbean, in 50 countries, working in your time zone. Since 2009 we've completed 1,200+ projects for 500+ clients — from disruptive startups to Fortune Global 500 brands including Google, Johnson & Johnson, and Rolls-Royce. Bring us into your stack and your standards, and our engineers extend your team. Engage us for the full project, and we deliver end to end — including the AI systems themselves: agents, assistants, and data platforms running in production. And if you're still defining what an AI-native development lifecycle should look like, we have a program designed to guide it. Bootstrapped since 2009, profitable sin
