Manage concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff, coordinating schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty disciplines. Establish efficient program governance and reusable systems, while identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and blockers.

- Manage concurrent data center design and solution-delivery programs from initiation through construction-ready handoff, coordinating schedules across architectural, structural, MEP, civil, technology, and specialty disciplines. Establish efficient program governance and reusable systems, while identifying and resolving risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Requirements
- Experience managing technical programs for complex design or construction projects is sought, ideally involving data centers or large capital projects. Candidates should be able to build and maintain integrated schedules, establish practical governance, develop playbooks and templates, and proactively resolve risks and dependencies; PMP or PgMP certification and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project experience are bonuses.
