Responsibilities
- Lead design delivery for a 1.5 GW hyperscale data center campus, coordinating architecture, engineering, and specialty consultants across civil, utility, building, and infrastructure disciplines. Manage schedules, design packages, technical reviews, stakeholder alignment, consultant performance, and risks while ensuring owner requirements and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of design management experience in the data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale sector, including experience managing external architecture and engineering firms. Candidates should understand major civil, utility, structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure design packages and have delivered large-scale data center projects from design through construction.
