Assess digital products and user journeys against WCAG 2.2 AA using manual and automated methods, identify and prioritize accessibility issues, and provide actionable remediation guidance to design and engineering teams. Help embed accessibility into products and design systems, contribute to usability testing with people with disabilities, and strengthen organizational accessibility standards, training, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Assess digital products and user journeys against WCAG 2.2 AA using manual and automated methods, identify and prioritize accessibility issues, and provide actionable remediation guidance to design and engineering teams. Help embed accessibility into products and design systems, contribute to usability testing with people with disabilities, and strengthen organizational accessibility standards, training, and practices.
Requirements
- Requires senior UX design experience focused on digital accessibility and inclusive design, including hands-on WCAG 2.2 AA assessments and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing with tools such as NVDA, VoiceOver, or JAWS. Candidates should be able to prioritize issues, guide cross-functional teams, conduct usability testing with people with disabilities, and understand accessible design systems; relevant certification or current training is preferred or strongly expected.
