Design and refine strategic tender responses and commercial materials, making content clear, compelling, consistent, and aligned with Marsh’s visual identity. Collaborate with bid project managers, sales teams, and subject-matter experts, help meet submission deadlines, and maintain the Impact team’s databases.
Responsibilities
- Enhance proposal contents with thoughtful visual design aligned with Marsh’s brand
- Apply and promote Marsh’s visual identity and best practices within the Impact team
- Suggest layout and formatting ideas to boost the impact of commercial content
- Ensure consistency and clarity of documents in close collaboration with proposal project managers
- Help meet proposal delivery deadlines
- Assist in maintaining the Impact team’s knowledge bases and databases
Requirements
- Specialized training in Graphic Design / PAO
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organization and ability to handle multiple dossiers simultaneously
- Rigorous execution and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent communication and questioning skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
