Engage stakeholders and end-users, monitor contract performance, communicate relevant updates, and lead associate hiring, onboarding, development, and coaching.
Requirements
- Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with three years of cumulative experience, an associate or bachelorâs degree with two years of experience, or seven years of applicable job-specific experience. Preferred qualifications include three years of leadership or management experience, a bachelorâs degree, and at least three years in contract category management, ideally in pharmaceutical categories and a GPO or complex healthcare supply chain environment.
