Senior UX Designer

Own end-to-end design for member-facing mobile journeys, from discovery and research through prototyping, production-ready designs, implementation review, and post-launch iteration. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and other teams to create accessible, trustworthy healthcare experiences, including responsible AI interactions and reusable design foundations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for member-facing mobile journeys, from discovery and research through prototyping, production-ready designs, implementation review, and post-launch iteration. Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and other teams to create accessible, trustworthy healthcare experiences, including responsible AI interactions and reusable design foundations.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of UX, product, or interaction design experience, deep experience shipping consumer mobile health, wellness, or fitness products, and a strong portfolio demonstrating interaction and visual design craft. Candidates should be proficient in Figma, user research, prototyping, accessibility, and AI design judgment, with the ability to collaborate closely across product and engineering teams.
