Lead complex, integrated marketing and design programs, shaping brand messaging and creative work across channels while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring colleagues. Use analytics, research, and testing to optimize performance, manage budgets and vendors, improve processes, and ensure work meets quality, accessibility, compliance, and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Act as subject‑matter expert for a marketing specialization, setting standards and guiding peers
  • Design and execute integrated multi‑channel programs that align with business goals
  • Coach and mentor team members, develop training, frameworks, and tooling to scale excellence
  • Evaluate emerging tools, measure impact, and share outcomes across the organization
  • Anticipate compliance, accessibility, and reputational risks and embed safeguards
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration on complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • Establish operating rhythms, decision trees, and escalation paths to reduce friction
  • Facilitate alignment on goals, roles, success metrics, and trade‑offs
  • Create clear documentation (briefs, scorecards, dashboards) that travels across teams
  • Develop message architectures, conduct testing (A/B, concept tests), and ensure inclusive, brand‑consistent storytelling
  • Build reusable frameworks such as value‑prop libraries and story maps
  • Design multi‑channel sequences to improve engagement and conversion, overseeing test‑and‑learn programs
  • Partner with data and privacy teams to use data responsibly while improving relevance
  • Manage program budgets, reallocate funds for ROI, and create business cases for investment
  • Define program‑level success measures linked to business outcomes and operationalize learnings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing communications or agency environment
  • Expertise in a specific marketing practice area (e.g., digital, brand, content, analytics)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Experience managing design projects from concept through production
  • Strong presentation and client communication skills
  • Ability to work with project‑management tools and collaboration platforms
  • Understanding of compliance, accessibility, and brand guidelines
  • Experience with analytics dashboards, social publishing platforms, CMS, CRM, DAM systems
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
