- Lead customer discovery and usability validation with financial advisors, enterprise partners, and end-clients, translating their needs into effective platform workflows. Own interaction architecture, information architecture, and foundational UX patterns while partnering with Product and Engineering and representing UX in enterprise client discussions.
Requirements
- Requires 10 or more years of digital product design or equivalent design leadership experience, ideally building interaction architectures for complex enterprise SaaS or fintech platforms. Candidates should have deep expertise in customer research, information architecture, complex legal and financial workflows, data-informed design, and communicating UX models to technical and executive audiences.
