Manage hospitality interior design projects from site visits and concept development through procurement, installation, and closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders. Lead design presentations, FF&E sourcing, drawing and space-planning work, site inspections, and coordination with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage hospitality interior design projects from site visits and concept development through procurement, installation, and closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, deliverables, and stakeholders. Lead design presentations, FF&E sourcing, drawing and space-planning work, site inspections, and coordination with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
Requirements
- The role calls for 3â7 years of experience in a senior- or mid-level design position, with a bachelor's degree from a FIDER-accredited interior design program preferred. Candidates should have strong communication, presentation, organizational, and spatial problem-solving skills; hospitality industry knowledge; and proficiency with AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Excel, presentation software, and 3D modeling or rendering tools.
