Lead UI design initiatives from concept through delivery, creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and reusable components in Figma. Maintain scalable design systems and visual consistency while collaborating with UX, product, and engineering teams and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements
- Requires at least four years of UI design or related experience, strong Figma and design systems proficiency, and a solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design. Candidates should have cross-functional collaboration experience, strong visual design and problem-solving skills, and advanced English proficiency.
