Requirements
- Requires 10 or more years of apparel design experience, including at least 3â5 years in a leadership role, with experience managing multiple design teams or managers. Candidates should bring sportswear, activewear, or performance apparel expertise, full product lifecycle knowledge, strong commercial judgment, trend awareness, communication, and project management skills.
