Lead design oversight for the I-270 Corridor Improvements Project, coordinating the development and review of engineering plans, specifications, and estimates while ensuring compliance with state and federal standards. Advance related community enhancement projects through planning, procurement, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and design support during construction.

Responsibilities

Advance related community enhancement projects through planning, procurement, budgeting, stakeholder coordination, and design support during construction.

Requirements

  • Applicants must hold a current, valid Professional Engineer license from the Colorado State Board of Licensure and must have a valid driver’s license if operating a CDOT vehicle. The role calls for substantial civil and highway engineering design and project management expertise, including experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and consultants, and using relevant engineering software and standards.
