- Own the end-to-end design of internal web-based tools, including research, information architecture, prototyping, and delivery. Improve complex workflows and legacy systems for planning, sales, and operations teams to increase efficiency and support high-quality member service.
Requirements
- Requires 7+ years of product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating information architecture and complex workflow design, and proficiency in Figma and design systems. Candidates should be able to lead research and discovery, partner with engineering, apply AI capabilities, and demonstrate systems thinking; financial planning, wealth management, or investing experience is preferred.
